CNY Mouse Cookies

Adorable melt-in-the-mouth mouse cookies. Ever since I shared this on Instagram so many of you have reached out for the recipe!

I know it’s the Year of the Rat, but calling them rat cookies just sounds terrible. I prefer to call them mouse cookies instead. They do look very complicated to make, but trust me, it just takes 10min to make the basic dough. Shaping and making it cute will take more time, but this is where the family fun is!

This recipe is pretty straightforward, however there are some techniques you need to know. Sharing a tutorial on the steps below!
