Steamed Egg & Milk Custard

My kids love its creamy and smooth texture. Using formula milk as a base (you can use fresh milk if that’s your preference), this steamed egg & milk recipe is versatile yet packed with nutrition. It can be serve hot or chilled. With a fresh fruit topping, it’s a healthy dessert. With granola, it’s a nutritious breakfast. You can can really get creative with this recipe!
